Quietly relentless.
People celebrate the results. I tend to remember the conversations, difficult decisions and sleepless nights that led to them. They're rarely visible, but they're often where the real work begins.
I'm naturally curious. I enjoy asking the questions everyone assumed had already been answered, finding the single word that unlocks an idea and questioning the smallest of details. Not for perfection's sake, but because that's where judgement is tested and clarity is found.
Over the last twenty years I've worked across strategy, design and creative leadership, helping organisations solve complex problems through brands, products and experiences. I've led teams, built systems and shaped strategy, but I've never stopped making things. Whether it's challenging an assumption, refining a brand, designing an interface or rewriting a headline, I believe the best creative leaders stay hands-on.
The tools may have changed over the years, but I believe the results worth celebrating are still the product of curiosity, judgement and craft.
